The Village

A Living Legacy

Blueprint for Womanhood began as a small circle—women gathering with intention, sharing wisdom, and creating space for Black girls to be seen and affirmed.

Under the leadership of Founder and Executive Director Fatimah Halim, that circle grew into a cultural institution that has shaped generations.

Hundreds of girls have passed through this work. Many now carry the Blueprint forward—as professionals, mothers, leaders, artists, educators, and community anchors. Their lives are living testimony to what happens when girls are guided with love, truth, and accountability.

This is not a program that ends.
It is a lineage.

Return to the Village

If Blueprint for Womanhood has touched your life—as a participant, parent, volunteer, or supporter—this is your invitation to return.

The village grows strongest when those who have received come back to give.
